Cake Camp is a three evening workshop in cake making and decorating for young bakers at One Girl Cookies, my favorite local bakery. I had a chance to stop in this year and see what all the fuss is about. The kids have a blast. They learn about all the steps in making a gorgeous cake and take home not only a finished cake but some real tools to use at home for their next project.
